01 Organiser

The "Savage Tombola" (hereafter "the Raffle") is organised by Savage Lands, [TODO client: legal form — French association / SAS / other], with its registered office at [TODO client: full address], registered under [TODO client: RNA / SIREN / SIRET number], hereafter the "Organiser".

The Raffle is operated technically by GoTombola, service provider for online ticketing and draw management.

02 Sales period

Tickets are on sale from Friday 5 June 2026 at 07:00 to Tuesday 30 June 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time, CEST).

Tickets are sold:

online via the GoTombola platform [TODO client: exact ticketing URL], throughout the period above (5 → 30 June 2026);
in person at the Savage Lands stand at Hellfest (Clisson) from 17 to 21 June 2026 — the festival runs from 18 to 21 June, the Savage Lands team is present from the day before (17 June) for set-up and stand pre-opening.

03 Entry terms

Entry is open to any adult individual (18+ on the purchase date) residing in metropolitan France, with the exception of employees, volunteers and board members of the Organiser, as well as their immediate family.

The price of a ticket is [TODO client: amount in €]. The maximum number of tickets is limited to [TODO client: total number].

Payment is by credit card online, or by card / cash at the stand. Purchasing a ticket implies full acceptance of these rules.

Prizes cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for cash value, nor transferred to a third party. The Organiser reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equivalent value in the event of force majeure or unavailability.

05 Draw procedure

The draw will take place on Tuesday 30 June 2026 online (exact time: [TODO client: draw time], Europe/Paris time). It will be livestreamed on the official Savage Lands social channels. No need to travel to the Hellfest stand to attend the draw.

The draw is carried out randomly and transparently from the full, GoTombola-validated participant list. A single participant may only win one prize.

Results will be published on savagelands.org and on the official Savage Lands social channels within 48 hours of the draw.

06 Prize delivery

Winners are contacted by email at the address provided when purchasing (or by phone for in-person purchases on the stand).

Prize delivery is, at the winner's choice:

in person at the Savage Lands stand at Hellfest during the festival;
by postal delivery within metropolitan France, at the Organiser's expense, within a maximum of [TODO client: 60 days] after the draw.

Without a winner's response within [TODO client: 30 days] of notification, the prize is considered refused and may be re-awarded or kept by the Organiser.

07 Personal data (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French "Informatique & Libertés" act:

Controller: the Organiser (Savage Lands).
Technical processor: GoTombola, for ticketing and email delivery.
Data collected: first name, last name, email, postal address (winners only).
Purposes: managing the Raffle, sending the ticket, contacting winners, shipping prizes.
Legal basis: performance of contract (ticket purchase).
Retention period: [TODO client: 3 years after the draw].
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction. To exercise them: contact@savagelands.org.
Complaint: to the French CNIL — cnil.fr.

Data is neither sold nor shared with third parties outside the technical processor mentioned above.
